Our Holiday Menu is prepared fresh and includes hand-picked and organic ingredients from the Chef’s personal garden. We can still cook your Elixir favourite if we have the ingredients on-site. Message, call or contact the chef ahead of time to be sure and it would be his pleasure to accommodate you.

Starters

Fennel and fresh vegetable chicken soup   OR

Mixed green salad   OR

Caesar  salad      OR

Escargot in red wine, butter with black grapes

Main course

Duck confit with crushed walnut and pomegranate emulsion, roasted potatoes and vegetables or

Pan seared veal scallopini, Madeira wine veal jus and cream sauce with mashed potatoes and vegetables

Seared Sea scallops, bacon,  mushroom, mini potatoes, white wine light cream sauce

Desserts

Vanilla cream Brulée or

Chocolate caramel pie

$ 65 per person plus taxes and gratuities

First sitting at 5 pm
