6oz Seared local veal tenderloin Madeira wine, veal jus ,light cream,
mashed potatoes and vegetables

Coquilles Saint -Jaques
Oven baked scallops gratin with mashed potatoes ,white wine cream –
sauce and gruyere cheese.
