Asian Cooking Wine

Asian Cooking Wine is used in some of our Italian pasta dishes. Is that real fusion? or does it just pay homage to the fact that it was ‘in fact the Chinese’ who invented and created pasta and noddles over 4000 years ago?  Sure we all know and love how the Italian culture took and ran with this ancient invention creating various dishes and a plethora of variety of noddles and stuffed pastas as well as lasagne.

Our clients enjoy our several changing Penne dishes in many of our mouth watering sauces, many with their touch of Asian Cooking Wine.

The specific usage is a secret :D and you won’t know to guess how it gets into the dish, Chef Pirooz will always refuse to let this secret out of his kitchen. Although you may be able to sneak a peek.

We also use this over choosing to use salty soya sauce helping to avoid unnecessary inclusion of MSG. We put flavour in our food as oppsosed to putting artificial flavour enhances to trick your tongue into thinking there is flavour.
